Diversity in Hiring: Creating a Diverse Workplace
Different worlds should blend in the workplace, but not all companies agree. Or, even if management agrees with the philosophy, they struggle to put the philosophy into practice. While hiring for diversity and inclusion is a no-brainer, some companies need a little more convincing to see the benefits of pursuing and getting more of a diverse group. As an HR manager, you can do something about this by communicating the benefits and providing your company with valuable ways to recruit employees with diversity in mind.
